Control Hardware Modernization: Upgrade of process servers, operation consoles, and high-resolution monitoring screens to improve the Human-Machine Interface (HMI).
Software and Licensing Management: Advanced configuration of the control operating system and management of necessary licenses to ensure legality and technical support for the DCS.
Connectivity Infrastructure Optimization: Replacement and adaptation of communication and data cabling to guarantee interference-free signal transmission.
Critical Power Backup: Installation and startup of Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS), ensuring control integrity against any power supply events.
Through this restoration, Proyelec succeeded in revitalizing the operational brain of the Chlor-Soda Plant, integrating cutting-edge technologies without altering the established process logic.
